I was unfortunately involved in a pretty terrible motorcycle accident, they helped me recover physically and financially. Due to my specific circumstances, this was very emotionally and physically draining, but they helped me get through it and know that everything was going to be alright. I want to be very open and honest and say that I was not happy with the Eicholz law firm at first. I didn’t feel that my case was being handled in the manner it should have and I was losing faith in them as a whole…and then came along attorney Ms. Rachel and she turned everything I was feeling around completely! From the moment she took over my case she made me feel like I was a priority and I knew she wouldn’t stop until she got everything she thought I was deserving of. I was in a accident that changed my life and although no amount of money can make up for the things that happened to me due to someone else’s negligence, she fought like hell to make sure I was compensated. She kept in constant communication and she made me feel like I was a human being with real feelings and not just another client. She was a godsend to me and I can guarantee that if she’s on your case, you are in the best of hands. I also appreciate Mr. Eicholz himself taking the time out to make sure that whatever wronged feelings I had about the company were made right. What else can I say besides, They got me my money😁. It was a great experience dealing with Shaunta' the paralegal. I think she was a paralegal 🤔. Anyways, she was really helpful and always pleasant over the phone. She made it easy for me to be at peace with the situation throughout the entire process.
